Tools we can rely on.

» Our own tools

Our tooling department issituated at our Head Office site on the Apolloweg in Moerdijk.
In 1985 KS Profiel began manufacturing the special tools needed for the production of complex profiles.

» Development

We began with making tools for roll-forms and before long added cutting tools and stamps to the range.
In case of interruptions in the production process, we can do quick repairs. Besides this, we manufacture tools for the production process.
Tool maintenance, in particular cutting tools, is also an important task of our tooling department.

» Machining

Having started with a number of conventional machines, we have now moved on to, among others, a modern CNC lathe, an Okuma MX55 vertical machining centre and a Fanuc wire spark machine. We also have an NC-controlled bandsawing machine and a surface grinder.
