Our new rollforming machine for closed sections is operational. With the laser welding in-line, we can produce complexed closed sections up to 4 mm, with in-line hole patterns to your specifications.

This rollforming machines has 42 stands and is the most complex rollforming machine at KS profiel.

» Laser welding

The in-line welding laserunit makes a very fine weld. The products produced in this rollforming machine very from "simple" closed profiles to specials.

This rollforming machine is equiped for the most complex profiles.

» Excenterpers

The line is also equipped with an excenter press, so all profiles can be delivered with the hole-patterns according to your specifications.

On this line, we produce black steel as well as pre-galvanized materials, other types of steel are optional.
